Consultation & Treatment Cancellation Policy

All services offered through this store are medical consultation and dental treatment programs delivered in person at Smile Infinity® Medical Center, Beirut, Lebanon.

Consultation Reservations ($100–$200) Fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. If you proceed with treatment in Beirut, the full reservation amount is deducted from your treatment total.

Treatment Deposits Fully refundable if the patient decides not to proceed following the consultation. No refund is applicable once treatment has commenced in Beirut.

Digital Products (Guides & Blueprints) Due to the instant digital delivery nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

Refund Processing All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
